How an engagement is scoped
We agree the facilities or project stages in scope, available evidence, decision owners, review depth and deliverables. The proposal sets out fees, schedule, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
What sits outside the core offer
Guard-force provision, equipment installation, penetration testing, continuous monitoring, emergency dispatch and certification. Field inspection or regulated specialist work requires a separately agreed, suitably qualified provider.
