Agree the decision.
Define the question, facility boundaries, stakeholders and intended use of the work. Set risk criteria and agree what the engagement can establish.
Output: written scope, deliverables, schedule, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
Build the evidence.
Review the agreed documents and speak with the people who own the process. Request photographs or a live walkthrough only where the client permits it.
Output: evidence register, revision dates, limitations and clarification questions.
Examine the interfaces.
Follow access, movement and response through the operation. Challenge inconsistencies between the design, the procedure and the evidence of actual practice.
Output: documented findings, implications, confidence levels and verification needs.
Prioritize the work.
Separate immediate decisions from longer-term improvements. Discuss dependencies, operational disruption, responsible parties and the evidence needed to close a finding.
Output: prioritized roadmap and management briefing. Follow-up review can be scoped separately.

A live video walkthrough is useful evidence, but it is not equivalent to an unrestricted physical inspection. Frontyx currently delivers remotely. Any necessary on-site work must be separately arranged with a suitably qualified provider; no local inspection network is implied.

Before substantive work starts, agree authorized recipients, confidentiality terms, the approved transfer environment, retention and any location or access restrictions. If a client’s rules prevent remote access, narrow the scope or identify another delivery arrangement.
Frontyx works remotely from Pakistan with a U.S. market focus. Cross-border access and client vendor requirements must be agreed before any sensitive material is provided.
